Mana without respect is not traditional to culture but keeping up tribal rule is pride to the bitter end. Something like a leader without principles is somewhat brutal; he/she depends on conditions. The people on the other hand usually bestow esteems upon social and political qualities that consider the human factor.
The above is a response to an all-out fight between two opposing gangs; Black Power and Mongrel Mob in a local school. This is happening in a time when the overcrowding prison population has demanded social reforms to crime and the justice system.
I did mention underground education that involves modern tools of the future and survival. But tribal gangs are somewhat static in time resorting to old means to an end. May be gangs should undergo a radical course of modernisation.
This in a way is expected of community leaders to 'man up'. To have some idea of what leaders are; a potential talent is usually moulded into shape by the push and pull of social demands. Soon enough, the graduate becomes the ideal type in reflection of the status quo. The leader becomes either a subject of complaints during periods of downturn or an image of inspiration during periods of growth or boom time.
The leader may have nothing to do with the social or economic outcome. At most, his/her presence is a mere convenience for political decisions. And such a leader can be popular among political opportunities.
However, with all diverse information available, an algorithm can easily outputs decisions diplomatically that would cover everyone's needs and demands. All we have to do now is search for a human figure for representation. And that is where tribal rule is more relevant to family.
Let's say tribe is organised by genealogical ties while culture is bound by shared values. Tribal rule therefore is exclusive to own type where its culture tends to prioritise the needs and wants of own people. This tribal rule tends to separate and isolate own tribe from universal inclusion of shared values and responsibilities.
If so, then there is a risk that a tribal leader may only execute decisions to the benefit of own type. While the place for a tribal leader is cemented in tribal affairs, his/her impartiality to general affairs may be subject to scrutiny. I believe a tribal leader can be a dynamic leader of the whole of society, but the people will always have that doubt.
Separatism is also typical of tribal rule illustrated by the stand on protectionism (USA) and withdrawal from shared treaties (Brexit). The current state of affairs in Australia has also fallen victim to the right leaning disruption. It is pride in power to disconnect from foreign trade and exchange but considering our global interconnectedness risks economic collapse with escalated social consequences.
And the tribal pride is particularly shining on refusal to take its share of responsibility such as climate Change and Renewable Energy. Instead, tribal pride encourages rebellious behaviour.
There is no hiding the fact that so-called right leaning leaders post-modern of the West demonstrates such behaviour as bullying, faking and outright lying. It is creating disconnection and disruption to the stability of organisation, making a mockery of tribal rule.
So far, tribal leaders may be best suitable for small and family businesses.
At the same time, the spread of diverse entities has made it possible for many different tribes and cultures to share similar values and equal responsibilities. That is a solid contribution to the strength and stability of survival. This may be equity proportional to population size, wealth and consumer but measures to the prevention and protection of resources and our world.
Why should tribal rebels take a free ride in our world proves a massive demonstration of tribal pride and power.
Customs and habits of existence are trialled in practise to produce objective qualities in time have become stable tools for modern cultures. This is in part filtered by Modernisation and in part Religion. You see, the progressive movement is for the betterment of humanity. They weed out harmful behaviour and destructive products in favour of the betterment of human quality.
Modern culture therefore has paved the way for tribal rule to modify and modernize old behaviour to modern objectives for the strength and stability of survival. But passionate desire of tribal pride leads a deceptive trend. The tribal power pride is a passionate decision based on desire, it is not rational.
The Modernisation process is prioritising shared values of the environment as to Energy and Climate Change. Considering the age of tribal membership and its followers, it is inevitable that tribal rule is subject to extinction. The writing is on the wall; either modernise or swamped up in a paradigm.
While Modernisation has applauded social changes from the old to the new, it has somewhat nurtured changes from social to material values; the process I have referred to as Thinning. This is remarkably witnessed by disruptive relations to the workplace.
If Modernisation is progressing from the old to the new for the betterment of humanity, and tribal rule is withdrawing from stable progress, then static tribal rule can only stagnate developments to deteriorate the human condition. But a powerful energy driving Modernisation is human quality, stability, peace and survival of many different cultures and tribes.
If tribe is organisation by genealogical ties and culture is bound by shared values, then different tribes can unite by common values and shared responsibility of modern culture. It is the difference between passionate desires and rational reasoning. And this is in-line with the algorithm collecting and analysing human culture. Its valid!
